In the magical, wonderful land of smartphones, there are hardcore iPhone and Android users. I am the latter. Let me say: I love my Samsung Galaxy SII, I love the Android OS, and I have never been too keen on the iPhone.
I keep getting “Try it, you’ll like it!” or “You’ll never want to give it up!” from iPhone fans. But sadly, after a week with the iPhone 5, I am not a convert. The screen’s too small for me, Siri the Virtual Assistant can’t pronounce my name or even give me good directions, and I’m just not a fan of the iPhone interface.
But I recognize there are iPhone users out there, and I promised a fair review.
Check out my video review of the iPhone 5:
The iPhone 5 has a lot of great features, including a beautiful display, a great camera that takes gorgeous photos and can be used for panoramic shots (if you’re stable enough), and is extremely fast, particularly with the Verizon 4G LTE Network. I was able to use the phone in rural and urban areas throughout northwest Arkansas with absolutely no problems.
So if you’re a current iPhone user, this would be a great upgrade, and I highly recommend the Verizon Wireless network and its reliability and speed.
Verizon Arkansas provided me with temporary use of the product reviewed in this post. All opinions are my own.
