I was provided with complimentary product for this review and giveaway. All opinions are my own.
My mother’s skin was suffering from winter’s wear and tear, including an extremely dry nose – so I figured it was an apt time to have her try out Anavita Moisturizing Anti-Wrinkle Cream. If the product really works, not only will it help my mom’s dry nose; it should also help fade some of her signs of aging, right? After all, she’s 67.
She’s been using this stuff for about three weeks; apparently it’s not supposed to kick in for about a month. I suppose that is to be expected when you are searching for the fountain of youth. The cream has a very pleasant and subtle fragrance. If you follow the directions, you will know you’re supposed to apply the cream with your fingers moving in an upward direction. It makes sense, because you obviously want to help the skin move opposite of where it’s headed.
Now, I’m extremely skeptical that any product can provide permanent results. If those results were permanent, you wouldn’t have to keep using the product. But does this wrinkle cream result in a decreased appearance of wrinkles? Let’s check Mom’s before and after photos to see the results. Picture 1 was taken 12/23/14; Picture 2 was taken 1/14/15. These photos have not been doctored, and she isn’t wearing makeup in either of these.
According to mom, this product did -nothing-. In fact, I found myself helping mom get rid of some dead skin from her nose just two days ago.
BUT there are some benefits – this product didn’t have any adverse effects on my mother’s extremely sensitive skin. No side effects. Just nothing. So there you have it; that was our experience and we’re sticking to it!
Now, granted, mom is 67 years old. Obviously her results are not going to be the same as any other person’s. But that’s why I’m having a giveaway; so you can try this out for yourself and see if it works! Simply fill out the form below for a chance to win!
